About

The systems strategist who gets it — because I've lived it.

Hi, I'm Sam.

I'm a mum, a systems thinker, and someone who's spent years figuring out how to make life work when your brain doesn't operate like everyone else's.

I've worked in roles where I was the person who made sense of chaos — building processes, documenting systems, coordinating the moving parts that everyone else forgot about. I've taken that same thinking and applied it to running a household with two kids who have ADHD.

Here's what I've learned: most systems fail because they weren't built for real life. They assume you have unlimited time, perfect memory, and a brain that works the same way every day.

I build systems that work for humans — messy, overwhelmed, time-poor humans who need something flexible, forgiving, and actually sustainable.

What I Believe

  • Clarity comes before systems. You can't organise chaos you don't understand.
  • Simple beats perfect. A basic system you use beats a fancy one you abandon.
  • You shouldn't need me forever. I build systems you can maintain yourself.
  • ADHD-friendly is human-friendly. Systems that work for neurodivergent brains work better for everyone.

What I Don't Do

I'm not a VA. I don't do the repetitive tasks — refreshing your SharePoint, cleaning up your emails, managing your inbox. I'm the strategist and builder. I help you figure out what needs to exist, set it up, and hand it back.

If you need ongoing maintenance, I can help you find the right person. But that's not me.
